WattCheck app for iPhone and iPad

WattCheck will calculate the energy consumption of a lighting system and assess the financial feasibility of upgrading the system to reduce energy use.

By inputting basic lighting system details, users can create any number of lighting “projects”.

WattCheck then retrieves energy information for the types of lights chosen, and calculates project results such as lighting power density and annual running costs.

WattCheck will accurately calculate the financial performance of a proposed lighting upgrade, including the project’s internal rate of return (IRR). Financial subsidies such as government grants and “white certificates” can be included if desired.

The project’s results and all inputs can be viewed on screen and then emailed in a professional PDF report. All projects can be saved for future reference.
